Client Spotlight

I have to Shout out my girl/client/friend for her amazing journey.  Tanya has been busting her but for the past year with me and as we Embark into our second year together I am so blessed to be a part of her journey.  Tanya has lost 20 lbs, 7.5% body fat and 16 inches total. 

Nothing brings me more fulfillment then being a part of someone achieving their goals.  We all have good days and bad days...sometimes we fall down but it's not how we fall it's how we get back up!  

If you have fallen and need help getting back up, I am here to help.  It's wonderful meeting new friends, my clients are considered also my friends as we are on a journey together, even if only for a short time, you help me as much as I help you.  Let's start your journey, everyone starts somewhere.
