Today is the first day of vacation Whoooooo-Hooooooooo! I can not tell you how badly I needed this! This morning my fiancé had some meetings so it's a me day, I went for a long walk/run on the beach, came back to my room and sat on the balcony with my egg whites, oatmeal and cup of tea. Unbelievable how great this was! Nothing fancy just peaceful and nourishing to my body, mind and spirit.
Before I go back down to the beach I wanted to say hello and start my creative juices flowing. This trip for me is recharging, but also renewing. One of my biggest flaws is I work so hard, never taking personal time to recharge. I know terrible, well I'm doing it now and I feel better already!
